Midfielder Tom Mohan has agreed to sign for Noel King's side again for the 2004 campaign, after rejecting offers from Dublin City, Dundalk, Glenavon and Newry Town.
Mohan was instrumental in Harps' promotion charge for the past couple of years and he hopes that Noel King can get a squad of players for the coming season that will bring that first ever league title to the banks of the Finn.
Mohan's signature comes after a week when it was claimed that key first team players Jonathan Minnock, Shane Bradley and Kevin Mc Hugh were all close to agreeing new deals at Finn Park.
Nigerian Eloka Asokhu has been granted a work permit for the next 12months.
Harps have also signed James Gallagher from St Pats and King hopes to strengthen the side further before the new season
