id add the Coral Reef and Ayers Rock to your list to replace the Cliffs of Moher and the Galapagos. Those mud volcanoes in Azerbaijan are pretty cool too.
What about the Canadian Rockies?
They don't seem to be on the short list.

I wouldn't have the Cliffs of Moher as the top natural wonder in Ireland, let alone one of the top in the world, I'd put the Giant's Causeway ahead of it.
I prefer the cliffs. While the Giants Causeway is unique and with some nice scenery for me its just not as specatular as the cliffs of Moher. The setting of the cliffs too beside the Burren makes it even more special i think.
The Giants Causeway was included in the British shortlist but was beaten by Ben Nevis or one of those mountains.

The Giants causeway is worth seeing but not worth going to see I have been reliably informed .

I agree, (as eamo1 says unique is the word to describe the Giant's Causeway, along with the opposite shore in Scotland too.). Hated the add campaign. I understand that there are higher cliffs in County Donegal aswell. Wilder (more natural too).
This place is so wild there is no photo evidence of it yet.
"Bu Tinah Shoals (no photo available) is a small archipelago off the coast of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Extensive coral formations and seagrass beds are home to rare birds in addition to dolphins, turtles and other wildlife. "

When will the English ever be done? Now they're taking our glory for some poxy mountain. We've loads of Mountains here and they don't mention them. As I think we can now safely start to say in the pub after a few whiskeys too many "Nine Hundred Years!"

Not even the highest in Ireland apparently (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slieve_League)!
I think Vidareidi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vidareidi) in the Faroes are the highest.

I always thought they seemed higher!
The Cliffs of Moher are maybe more dramitic though.

Cliffs of Moher are fairly spectacular but are nothing compared to Halong bay in Vietnam.
