Vinny Arkins could be heading back home to Dublin
Transfer-listed Vinny Arkins will again be on sidelines when second-placed Portadown welcome Institue.
Dubliner Arkins has now become the target for home town clubs Shelbourne and Bohemians, while Dean Fitzgerald has also intimiated he wants away.
Ronnie McFall's side have failed to score in three of their last four Premier Division games and also crashed out of the Nationwide Irish Cup.
