Anyone else getting a lot of emails from people you dont know saying "hello" please open attachment etc.

Obvious virus but just cant understand how they are being sent to me, also got a strange one from mail daemon saying the message I sent could not be delivered because there was a virus attached????

The worm spoofs headers to make it look like it's coming from you, so you get the bounce messages. The worm is MyDoom/Novarg (http://www.google.ie/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&safe=off&q=mydoom+novarg).
