definately!should be a good game with the garry sheahan and peter white homecomings adding a bit of spice to the occassion.i hope they get a good reception cos only for mk screwing them(and us)they would still be playing for us.i would hope that at some stage they might return to the fold:)

he screwed us by not resigning our best (imo)player whom as everybody knows only signed for wexford cos he thought his hometown club didnt want him.when kerley resigned and club realised, they approached said player but he unfortunately had committed to wex.he had not signed up any of our players two weeks before seasons start.he left us in as bad a state as he could before he walked like a spoilt child.he was all badges and no brain and will never hold down a decent football job again cos his massive ego doesnt work in the dressing room environment :(

Gavin Roche, Conor Molan have been signed over the break.

Thomas Lyons, Paul Cummins, Pat Purcell, Jamie Wunsch and Ian Storan all injured.

Great win tonight. Like the look of the number 5 lad in defence, always talking and shows lots of concentration. We were absolute class up front at times too - always looking dangerous, especially in the first half.

Chant of the match: The lads at the back of the shed singing Take That - Back for Good, at Sheehan. Brilliant :D

Great to see Wayne back in the middle of the park. thought himself and Calla had a fine game. Tierney and small davey broke their ****** for 90 mins as did most of the rest in fairness.

Fairly easy the end, hopefully a sign of things to come with Scully on the line again after a long absence.

Wayne was excellent. Treacy was lost...especially 2nd half when Wexford Youths midfielders were walking past him.
Clarke had an excellent first half...some lovely touches.
Tierney worked hard but he really needs to take a chance and start scoring.
Brilliant to have Molan back. Solid and dependable as ever..
New lad at centrehalf wasnt up against much but was vocal and looked composed - the loss of Danno might not be such a big deal now what?
Attendance was muck. Weather was sh1te.

Good performance. If Tierney can get off the mark i think he could go on a decent run of goals, himself and Clarke look like a great combination. The Centre Back, Donnelly, impressed me. He looks very composed and is a big lad that isn't afraid to talk on the pitch also. Molan looked a little rusty but still was solid as ever.

Good to see Scully saying he is looking to bring one or two more in before the window closes, but it will be at the expense of other players. Interesting to see who's released.

Seein as Cork just got a final reprieve of 2 weeks to come up with 400k in full or be wound up(there not too optmistic of gettin out of this) i'm wondering would any of their lads be worth lookin at,obviously we could'nt afford any of the 1st team but maybe a couple of the reserves might be worth a punt. expect a massive fire sale in the next week or so down there.
