The welsh FA are to appeal to uefa and ask that they take Russia's place in euro 2004 because one of russia's players failed a drugs test during the play offs between the two teams.
Russia's midfeilder yegor titov failed the test during the first leg, but some how managed to play in the second leg in wales.
prehaps we should ask for a re match of the playoff too? :rolleyes:
