The would be paper of record records that women are clumsy and/or litigious:
Women accounted for 70 per cent of awards for personal injuries in public places over the last two years, the Injuries Board said today.http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/breaking/2009/0615/breaking56.htm

Thats why they shouldn't be allowed out of the kitchen ;)
Seriously though, most of those must be driving-related accidents because they're terrible drivers, I swear every time I drive I'm nearly killed by a woman on her cell phone

Half of the awards over the two-year period went to people over 45, even though they account for just one third of the population.
On a per-head of population basis residents in Dublin are 32 per cent more likely to receive an award than in other regions, according to the study.
Dublin based women over 45 years seem to be the most 'accident prone'.
Other causes included being struck by a falling or flying object (11 per cent)
Where would objects be falling on people? Bars, gyms, cinemas?

It's a bit difficult to be pedantic when you take that kind of attitude.
