What accountants audits the Rovers accounts that an underdeclaration was allowed occur????????

I am not sure but i think this is the infamous tax bill from last year, that we heard about. I think the payments are due to end in September.

So its fair to say that, with the exception of maybe the penalities, the other figures formed part of this years projected budget?

Probably fairer to say that the figure should have formed part of this year's projected budget. Slight difference. ;)
