I know it has nothing to do with this thread. . . . . But can you please tell me what all that ''And miles to go before we sleep'' malarky is about

From what Iv heard Dundalk are trying to get the Mervue cup game switched to the saturday as it would enable a better travelling support as alot of younger fans are finishing their leaving or junior certs that Friday!

heard at game that due to some sort of courses going in the complex till 3-4 o'clock so had to change time personally don't think it a great day or time will just have to wait and see what kind of attendance get at game

Bump

Is it safe to assume at this stage that there is no game on tv?

Pity, you'd like to think at least one game from every round of the cup should always be broadcast, the magic of the cup and all that.

Is there going to be a predictions cup this year? Or is it too late now with a game tonight?

An experiment (http://www.wexfordyouthsfc.ie/mickfingalreaction.html) according to Wallace on the website

I thought the reason the match was switched because of some training course on that day in ferrycarrig park but after readin mick wallaces comments it looks like we have bein had!

the original experiment was to have it at 3pm ko on sunday to allow families which was the original question why on Sunday as opposed to Friday and was moved to 6pm due to an FAI training course in the complex. That article was written after time change so Wallace hardly going to say was going to have at 3pm but had to move it.

It won't be much of an experiment though will it? Regardless of how well it goes, surely they will change back when the Wexford hurling team is playing on a Sunday during the summer and when Sunday EPL football returns?

To be honest not sure how it will go but won't change this season anyway and is just for this game as far as I know personally I think Friday night are working well and should not be changed but with Wallace you never know

its disappointing all the same.. if it was an earlier kickoff you would have had a good crowd up from longford but now Im afraid it will be small.. I was going to stay up but not now with the new kickoff time..:(
