just in the process of arranging a little time away and i don't want it to clash with the european game, around when will it be ???

Last year the first qualifying rounds took place on the 14th and 28th of August, so I'd assume it'll be around then again. I wouldn't expect a formal announcement of dates until the current competition is over though.
