Hill agrees new deal at Cobh

Cobh Ramblers manager Dave Hill has agreed a new deal which will keep him at St Colman’s Park until the end of the 2005 season.

Hill guided the south coast club to the First Division promotion play-offs in his first full season in charge, when striker Willie Bruton was the star of the show for the County Cork side.

I'm delighted that the deal is struck at last. He has done a good job with the side, some we all disagree with but...

Now that he has hung the boots up it will the first year of concentrating on the management side.

And like the end of last season a reduction in Cards for the season.:)

Heres to the start of the season.

Sad to see him hang up his boots, Cobh v Kildare matches will be boring games now.;)

Shay Zeller will be glad to see the last of him.

Still playing great stuff, he's one of our fitest and fastest players. Suffered a few injuries last season (Dundalk kicked lumps off him).

As far as I know he has signed. Gets on great with the fans, won a player of the month award.
