I heard Lisburn have sacked Paul Kirk. That sounds an absolute joke, seen as he guided them to 4th place and the Europa League. They were also in the Intertoto last year. Anyone know why he was sacked?

There is now talk of a player revolt

The official line is, he hasn't won a trophy in 13 years. Which sounds bad but they literally have a support that barely makes 3 figures.

The hearsay is that he was touting himself for the Glentoran Job because it looked like Pinocchio wasn't going to be the Glentoran manager next season. Once McDonald signed a 2 year contract everything backfired on Kirk.

I tell you what though, he is the best manager without a club at the moment. If I was a LOI chairman and my club isn't too financially sound and you want a manager to work on a budget, this is the man for them. And he plays good attractive football.

If he wasn't a Glentoran b*****d I'd have him at Windsor, but he is.. so he can go f**k. :D
