It's a terrible story and one well worth reporting. However, for Lawton to use it to have a cheap dig at other players is disgraceful and serves no purpose in my opinion. There's a big difference between showing humility in a game of football and in a real life tragedy.

Shocking stuff. I have had the pleasure of seeing Wilson play in the flesh and he is without doubt one of the top boys in the PL, head and shoulders above most.

Hope he gets back to what he does best sooner rather than later. I for one will stand and applaud the man. A proper role model for young footballers.
