FUJIFILM Photo of the Month competition launched
Football fans will be in with a chance to win top class digital cameras, and even get to work as a photographer at the FAI Ford Cup final, after the FAI teamed-up with FUJIFILM to launch the FUJIFILM Photo of the Month competition.
The online competition, which will be run through the League of Ireland’s official website, www.loi.ie, will allow supporters to submit their own photographs from League of Ireland matches. The monthly winner will win a FUJIFILM digital camera, while the overall winner at the end of the season will be given full photographer accreditation for the FAI Ford Cup final.
FUJIFILM are the latest high profile company to get behind the League of Ireland. Under the multi-sponsor format adopted for 2009 – which has seen eircom, Newstalk, The Irish Daily Star, Umbro, Lucozade Sport, Boylesports and EA SPORTS all coming on board to sponsor the League of Ireland – the FAI have been able to offer clubs record prize money for the 2009 season.
The FUJIFILM Photo of the Month competition begins this weekend. To enter the competition, supporters must text their photo to 083 3333217 or email info@loi.ie.
