Women Only Referee Beginners Course
What do the following Women Internationals have in common? Denmark v Netherlands; Norway v United States; France v United States; Slovakia v Denmark or Norway v Sweden. What about the UEFA Women U19 Poland v Armenia and Armenia v Austria Championship games or the UEFA Women U17 fixture between Faroe Islands v Romania?
Add in the first ever UEFA Women U17 Final refereed by Rhona Daly and you have some of the major European appointments received by Irish Women Referees in the last year....and already the invitations have already started coming in for 2009. There are also plenty of Women and Schoolgirl games in all age-groups locally in what is one of the fastest growing areas of the game. So there are plenty of opportunities for an enthusiastic and committed Woman official.
