i am having no problems and not have heard anybody else say anything there was an issue a while back but thought fixed. I would try delete your cookies or if it a favorite delete and add again.

Tried deleting cookies but no difference, tried using IE instead of firefox but to no avail!

to be honest don't know that worked for me and I am having no problems with Firefox or IE. maybe ask on the supporters club website if anyone having problems?
