On the Bohs MB (http://http://gypsiesweb.proboards14.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&num=1071759110) someone says that the Drogs have got Mark Rooney. I don't know how reliable this is but it'd be a pity to lose him.

He scored one goal last season in 20 starts; against Cork and probably would have got a second in that game but was fouled when through on goal. He's got good pace but his finished lets him down. He may do better playing with a stronger partner up front who can hold the ball up but I doubt he'd start ahead of Myler and Fabio. He's probably more a loss for us than a gain for you.

1 goal in 25-odd games, and had only a handful of other chances to add to that. Missed a couple of sitters, and was let down by finshing and touch a couple of times. Didn't really make much of an impact to be honest. Fast, has potential, but I wouldn't say he's a huge loss. Certainly won't be in the team ahead of Myler and O'Brien anyway. Seems Doolin's legendary tactical nous is having an effect already!

Not to mention that his movement is absolutely horrible.

He's certainly no better than Fabio.
