Recieved a naff reply to following question on above thread in other section.
"Any reason why Limerick FC are not competing in this years Munster Senior Cup ?"

Don't know officially why but i'd say when the competition started this season Limerick FC wouldn't have had a team together to compete at the time. What date did it start this season?

I'd like to see us entering this again as of next year if possible. Obviously's Kerley's shenanigans made it fairly impossible this season. It's another trophy to aim for, a chance to blood players etc. I don't really see a downside.

its a trophy we won a few years ago,beat cobh on pens i think.

ya won it on penalties alright, Mooney in goals, was on out in Askeaton. About 3 years ago now at this stage.

I still have fond memories of the semi-final against a Jamie Nolan-'inspired' Cork City. :)
