Not so sure about including Dubarry Park, even though we did play two home games there. However, it was not our ground.

Our original home was the Ranelagh Grounds. Then Saint Mel's Park, which was called Golden Island Park for only a season or two.

Just referencing a pitch that Athlone played as a Home match. The heading says 'stadiums' rather than home ground.

Where in the town is/was that?

Over on the Roscommon side of town around Gentex, if you know where that is.

Better add Turner's Cross for Shamrock Rovers then! And Richmond Park, United Park, Tolka Park, Dalymount and Marist Ground for Dundalk. The Brandywell for Kildare! etc etc ;)

I suppose it might be a long list :D

Ahem, our honours list needs updating. :D

Also, we played in The Sportsground between Ranelagh and St. Mel's. That's where we played most of our LOI games in the 20's. Both it and the Ranelagh Grounds were right beside what would have been the main train station in Athlone at the time.
