Check out this website, has links(funny stories, funny videos etc) and articles which are only good news stories. And before anyone here says "that im not living in reality etc" then i should point out that theres an article in this site about a science and technology park being created in Cork with the potential to create up to 5,900 jobs. This news story was NOT covered in the media who are obsessed with bringing us bad news.By not reporting this they arent living in reality! If you read a paper every day and watched a news channel all the time you'd be well on the way to depression these days.Enjoy the site.

Usually I'd be a bit sceptical of a site that doesn't cite sources, but that "article" is just crap from start to finish. No-one is populating anything at the moment with jobs. Read the news.

Who runs that site?

I'm quite sceptical too. No sources, and the entire 'article' is only 5 sentences long!

Actually, I just googled it and found this: http://buckplanning.blogspot.com/2009/02/plans-for-cork-science-park-to-go-on.html

By designating a section of land as a science park that does not mean you create 5,900 jobs.

Who owns the land? A nice boost for whoever does, in a time of falling prices...

So it is a good news story - for some property developer possibly.

Pay a fiver and BYOB to a pub in Corby, you'd have to pay me (and a lot more than a fiver) to go to a pub in Corby!!

I remember seeing a yoke on the box about a radio station (UK based) that was going to be news based but only good news. They did vox pops etc to see what people would think and promo it at the same time. The people doing the vox pops were being somewhat ambiguous about the nature of this "good news" though they were going to broadcast. ...turned out to be God Squad. Jesus loves you etc etc.
