Have any of ye seen this website before, just stumbled across it? As with all of these types of sites, it has the usual mistakes and out of date info but it's surprisingly up to date on other info and stats. The values placed on some of the players make for some interesting reading. There's even a forum on it, albeit it only seems to have 2 members so far!!
Click on the link below and check it out:

Why on earth is a German site on a .co.uk domain?
I wouldn't pay too much heed to it. There once was a site like that which claimed that the then auditor of the UCD Soccer* Supporters Society was in fact the first team manager.
*I know. I didn't name it.

Hehe, funny to read here about tm.co.uk. :D
This is the brand new english section of www.transfermarkt.de - one of the most frequented german internet site. The bosses of tm.de have the hops to achieve the the same success on international level as they have in Germany. But be indulgent with the site, because transfermarkt have the focus on the big european leagues and the englisch football. Their is acutally nobody who is working on the irish database. Ireland is just running alongside due to the lack of interests.
The reason for that is easy: Irish fans are talking here, the little group of german fans of irish football is talking in my forum...

I don't know where they get their values out of but to have Gareth McGlynn valued at nearly €1m (the most valuable player in the league) is ludicrous.
It has to be Stuart Malcom or Ibrahim Tyaime (sp?)

Now that we're in the off-season and have time on our hands have a look at this again, it still has a mind-boggling amount of statistics in fairness. Not sure about the valuation on Derry City though!!;):D

There's a risk-free profit of E2m going for anyone who wants to buy Wellvan off the liquidator.
Apparently.

€15,000 for Michael McGinlay... I'd nearly pay that to make sure I didn't have to see him kick a ball in Oriel again.

Tam McManus 5th highest value, Owen Morrison 8th and no Gary Twigg (14th in strikers list behind Fenn, Guy and Bates) or Deegan (not even in top 20 midfielders) in the top 20 list

Why the surprise? A model is only as good as the data that is used to build it and LOI data is thin on the ground, subjective or not publicly available. Ergo crap in crap out.

Top goalscorer in any league is usually one of the most valuable, definitely top 20.

I see Michael Keane is managing a Leinster Senior League side, cant think of who it is though, big spread about it in last Tuesdays Star in the local soccer section in the middle of the paper.
