Walked into the club shop today with 2 of my friends as one had not been there before. He asked when his season ticket would be posted out only to be told they are none of them been posted so im guessing the time when you pay an extra few quid to have it posted is now gone. But this is the interesting part he asked would he be able to get it now and was asked do you have the receipt or the cert and he said no.So he was asked for his address and received the season ticket. The 3 of us were a bit shocked at this.Anyone could quote another persons address and get a season ticket ? Very Amateur IMO

Not being sarcastic at all. Its an incident that happened and you, the punter isn't happy. Companies pay thousands to research that, the club gets it for free now. It is in the interest of the club.
