Might be handy to have a thread where people discuss press and articles on the league in one place? A bit like the transfer rumours thread.

What do people think?

Better a separate thread for each, IMO, as it would get unwieldy. And I humbly submit that a blog (http://footballpress.wordpress.com/)* might make it more manageable.

*... on which I would welcome input!

In other shock news today's Sunday World actually gives the season a half page preview :eek:

Although it does begin:
2009 promises to be a better one for the League of Ireland - and after all the financial chaos that occured in 2008 it's surely the case that it can't get much worse.

Still it's a half page preview in the Sunday World and it doesn't mention hooligans, surely that's a first? Maybe the FAI are getting the press machine working properly. They must have had nice canapés at the league launch. :D
