Ya himself, Tupac and Johnny Cash are in talks with Thomand Park officials about a possible concert in Thomand Park in November.

By the way, if Noel O Connor ever came back managing Limerick I would never go to a match again.

This is another of Superhero's porkies.

Why? That's a fairly nonsense attitude to take tbh man unless he's murdered one of your family members or something to that effect. Do you support the club or not?

Think Pat is done with the LOI at this stage. Not going to be part of our low cost team for 2009 anyway.

Any truth in the rumours that Chris Benoit is our new fitness coach?

I for one won't be bringing any kids to the game in future if that happens

If you take Pat Dolan away from the Youths set-up, there will have to be serious compensation involved...........How much do you want???:D

40,000 for sitting in a hospital bed eh.
Handy money

which was reference to a guy who was sick in hospital with a life threating illness...

Tupac did and a lot more, that was not the Point.....

My point is you decided to spout crap on a forum you need not be in, so keep your hypocritcal views to a forum you should be in which i'm quite positive to be ... not the Limerick One.

someone comes in with a genuine question and all the "hardcore" supporters try and laugh it off. This is what ye always tend to do when someone speculates on something negative about the club. I know more than likely it is not true but still.

On another note talking to a senior player and he said training has not been the best (an understatement) and there seems to be a lot of uncertainty regarding players signing too. tierney and a few more still not signed.whats goin on??? is there just not the money there or what???

This is surely a concern with only a short period of time left before the season starts.

Ya a bit harsh alright lads. Whether he is genuine or not a simple yes its true or no its not and why it is or why its not would have done and pretty much ended the thread and rumour straight away.

We get about three of these threads a week from people who 'support the club', always the same rumours from some guy down the pub with no source given, always turn out to be a pack of lies put forward by the Juniorballers who hold a grudge against Limerick FC. Whether this guy is genuine or not I don't know, don't care really as I have little time for people who throw unhelpful information into the public domain without checking whether their story is true or not.

He could say that he was checking it here, but I'd still say that he shouldn't be throwing things like that into the gossip mill without having a better source than 'some guy'. I hear lots of rumours, both positive and negative but I never put any of it online unless I'm sure it's happening/happened as these things usually wind up being overexaggerations or complete lies (both positive and negative rumours)

You want to see where wild rumours and people trying to purposeful cause friction get a club you only have to look in the Cobh forum

Well it looks like all of you that said they'd never support the club again if NOC came back should find another club to support. I have spoken with Paddy Purcell and Tommy Barrett and Noel has been in contact with both of them over the past couple of days with regard to playing for Limerick FC this coming season. Mr. Drew is back on the scene..albeit unofficially apparently, and they have settled their differences.

This is not gossip, rumour or scaremongering- just reporting the facts as I have been given them-by senior players. It is not something I necessarily support either. Kerley did a great job last season, and does not deserve this.

Interesting times ahead. No doubt he'll bring the Pet Shop Boy with him...

careful pinballwizard, you get mullered here for stating what you have been told, also spoke to Paddy who confirmed this, Noel was looking to see where he needs to add to the squad. Nice way to conduct your business....
