Another good win for Derry yesterday, James Kielt had another solid performance.

Derry looking good so far, as are Galway. However when it come to Championship I think its a shootout between Kerry and Tyrone. Only danger to this is Tyrone slipping up to a less talented team. They often save their best for the big guns

The way our rivalry is festering there could be literally that!

Anyway, good start to League for Kerry, great to get a win up in Omagh. Couple of fringe players played very well so should be great competition for places even for the next few League games as fellas stake a claim for potential Championship role.
Tricky trip to Derry up next, and that's not only the navigation!

I suppose the big thing about this year's League is the introduction of the new sanctioning system. So far I'm unconvinced, the refs were bad enough as it was but now they're a more pivotal part of the game so their ineptitude can be exacerbated. Will reserve concluding judgment for a while yet.
