having played cork city youths in pre-season i have to say that there is absolutely no chance of them progressing beyond the quarter finals. while ken kiely was a useful addition to the side the favourites have to be clonmel town with star names like barry o'neill, brian cleary and barry gibbons capable of defeating any side on their day, all of whom were missing in the pre-season friendly between the two sides. add jason kiely, ian kavanagh and kevin walshe to the equation and it is apparent that for cork to progress in this years cup, it is crucial that they avoid the new brazil. besides the name 'cork city' means f**k all out on the field of play as we will see when we meet in the last 16.
