Do you think he can do it... As a striker he is duck all good without the damned thing.... he missed a certain goal that anyone should have stuck away...

maybe the end of the season and a break away from the game will do him good or maybe the door should be shown and his wages spent on someone else.........midfielder i hear you say, murphy is well able to step into his shoes

The best thing you can say about Eric is that he's creating chances for others... but surely any striker worth his salt has to have confidence.... hopefully he can come back refreshed, full of confidence and raring to go next season... wonder what it is that affecting him..

Well, if we're keeping him we should send him on loan for 2 months and then see what happens... if it's a confidence thing... he'd get it back on loan... He's no spring chicken so if it's this time next year and haven't performed for us then he'll be no good to us anyway...

he came on in the second half and although he looked hungry, things didn't just fall into place for him... something might happen in the last three games but I'm not holding my breath
