How do you kill RAMM at the end of Gears of War 1?

Im on casual so any help greatly appreciated. CANNOT get by this guy.

took me ages as well i was playing it on co-op so what we did was one guy stayed at the start the other snuck around behind him there was a big massive mounted gun when the krill are gone quickly run up and blast the bejasus out of him.

I have also read you use grenades on the krill and just keep shooting him in the head with the bow/sniper rifle anything like that but it takes a while.

if i remember right, make sure you know how to do the Active Reload.

this helps you fire the gun quicker and when done properly it causes more damage. tells you how to do it in the book i think.

i never used it once during the entire game and got stuck at the end.

Got him finally last night folks & thanks!! Used the Torque Bow to get rid of the Kryll & then the Sniper Rifle to the head about 5 or 6 times & he fell over. Crikey that took me ages.
Now I can move on to GOW2!
