Malware/adware/spyware, probably. Try running Ad-aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy. Google.

i installed Spybot Search and Destroy.

it found loads of nasty things but didn't solve my problem.

i then installed Ad-Aware.

that also found loads of nasty things but that didn't solve my problem either.

Did you try changing your homepage manually after running Ad-aware? Ad-aware should have killed it.

yeah i've tried that many times.

ad-aware finds this hijack thing and i delte it and next time i use ad-aware (every time i've used it just after i've been on the internet) it finds it again.

i've used it three times so far.

it's found 67 yokeimibobs on me computer which i deleted.

spybot search and destroy found 26.

still keep getting globefinder.cc or luckysearch.net for me home page.

Start -> Setting -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programmes -> Uninstall any programmes that you might not want. Look for globe finder or Lucky whazzit (the home pages ...) and chuck 'em.

Restart your PC
