View Full Version : I need a little help with a promotional idea... jerseys

I've an idea that might pick up a wee mention in the local press but I need a little help in obtaining a loan of some jerseys ...preferably numbered. Needen't be in great nick and they'd obviously be returned in the condition I got 'em. Bit of celebratory fun if nought else comes of it.

Can anyone who can help give me a shout/PM? I'll explain all.

Cheers,

LR

I think you should contact the club directly; they'd definately be able to help you!

Good call, dont think anyone on here has a load of numbered jerseys hanging around the house.

Yeah I appreciate that ...and it was indeed a few (four) actual players jerseys I wanted to get my hands on for an evening. I was guessing there'd be a couple of folks here who might be able to put in a word and pass on a contact.

Like I say it's just a small thing that's happening but it might pick up a little press and help with the profile locally.

Limerick Event Guides February issue (http://www.eightball.ie/onlinemag/) described them (the jerseys) as "very fetching Live95 sponsored football shirts". wtf?

I'm guessing that was written by someone from the GAAs assimilation comet-ee. :D

Yeah Ben's a good mate of mine. If you scroll through them photos again to the crowd shots he's actually in the audience right up the front -AND right behind him is Eoin who was in the band at the same time as him and appeared on the show you're on about (jo-maxi ...it's up on youtube as well).

On the contrary I'm enough of a snobby elitist that I'd disown the scene if it was anything but dead! Why do you think I follow the League of ireland? :D
