Dressing rooms have to updated it seems,they have'nt been used in 20years.I'm sure there are parts of the ground that would also need some fixin up.This is of course an agreement can be reached with BNG regarding a lease.

So we're gonna spread magic dust on a euro and leave it in a dark room until it replicates itself enough for us to afford to do up the ground and dressing rooms and buy a lease?
