The UCD supporters that were present at the game in Tolka last night would like to issue the following statement:
We the educated few would like to extend our sincerest apologies to football. What took place last night has no place in the Eircom league and should not be tolerated. We would in particular like to express our apologies to those present in Tolka last night who witnessed these disgraceful acts first hand. Furthermore, we would like to apologise to Dr Who and all timelords for Pat Jennings behaviour in attempting to slow down the game so much that we were nearly caught in some kind of temporal anomaly. That being said we felt it was two points dropped!!!
