My favourite non-College player would probably be Robbie Doyle - but then, I've a soft spot for most of our ex-players (Delaney, Mick O', Glen Fit...nah) .

Digger, Liam Coyle and Jason Byrne.

That is very hard to say.
Bobby Ryan .... when he was better than he was maybe.
Trevor Molloy was good for a while aswell.
Tony Bird can be good, better in a different team though.
Shane Barret looks to be becoming a good player, hate all the hype though.
Skill is what makes a player stand out for me though.

Digger O Brien definatly and maybe Tony Dowd because he takes his mockings fairly well also. Digger against us the other night was the funniest thing i have seen in a long time:D

Am I allowed say Barry Ryan? Always a legend for us while at UCD.
Digger has to get a mention though. I remember being in Longford one time and doing the usual yelling and shouting and drinking pineapple juice. At the start of the second half, Digger came out to his goal (the one we were behind) and we had the following conversation -
Digger - "Are you mad?"
Me - "No, just drunk."
Digger - "What's in that?" (pointing to my pineapple juice)
Me - "Pineapple juice."
Digger - "No, really!"
Me - "No, pineapple juice!"
Digger - "Are you drunk?"
Headcase, well and truly!:D
Digger really is a legend......so lovable!! lol

Have to say Clive Delaney, but like someone else said, have a soft spot for ex-UCD players, or at least the ones I've watched play for us.
I agree with whoever said that they hate the O'Flynn hype, but that said, if he gets a call-up to the NT, I'll cheer him all the louder for it.
Stuey from the opposition..... Digger - won't be truely appreciated until he's gone...

Clive Delaney, brilliant for us and came to watch us a good few times before he joined Pats, and Digger.

Jason Byrne - One word describes the man ! LEGEND
and
Robbie Doyle - his family so i've no other choice ! lol
Pip Keogh as well was a great player for us, Kevin Hunt just because his the best player in the league full stop

Robbie Ryan. Strange picking a Bohs player alright, but when he's on form there isn't a more exciting player to watch in the league, simple brilliant.

Andy Myler - no apparent skill or fitness, but still bangs in the goals.

I used to despise him but he's developed a bit of a work rate lately so I don't mind the git, how he scores all those goals is a mystery. He used to be the laziest git in the world.

Imagine what he'd be like if he scored all his penalties instead of half of them!

Well, Ollie Cahill is my personal favourite. Never offensive and always a joy to watch. If only he had thought moving to Derry was a good move
Wes Houlihan his opposite number also gets my admiration, sinful of me to like 2 $hel$ players I know, but with flank men like that *drool*
On the downward slide: Wes Charles, Eric Lavine, Liam Coyle (had to slip a Derry player in) and Stephen Geoghegan.
Now players I hate.......another thread all together. Delaney you buckin' rubber legged, neglect us, Finn Mc Cool....

Digger O'Brien, Wes Charles, Ian Rossiter, Steven Yelverton, Noel Mooney.
All top lads who are up for a bit of banter and a laugh.

Alan Gough - I know he's playing up North now, but, for THAT half-time when he ran into the Shed, 10/10.
Dave Tilson - though a professional tormentor of City, he was BLOODY GOOD for a guy 5' 4" or thereabouts.
Tony Sheridan - great to watch at his best, terrible at his worst. What I remember most is his stunning volleyed equaliser against Pats in the Cup Final a few years back..........WHAT a goal.
Alec Ludzic - I know you said opposition, but, 1992/93 Alec was GREAT. League winner at well past 40, great keeper and an even greater loss to football.
Ollie Cahill - best player I've seen in the eL pre-John O'Flynn. Great touch, fantastic dribbling skills and provider of a memorable day when he was still with City in May 2001.
