This place is goin abit stale so im offically openin up this can of worms. I want to know who you think is the a) best, b) worst and c) best up and comin manager in the EL.

Best:Stephen Kenny-did it with longford aswell-who were they b4 him

Worst:Noel King-for obvious reasons

Up+Coming:Pat Fenlon-this is only his second year rite!!!

Worst (or at least most overrated) - Doolo.
Up and coming - Pete Mahon. (if he isn't too old for that category!)

I based it on this season, he jacked it in at Kildare, went to Derry, did nothing and then jacked it in there after a month.
Would you have wanted him at Pat's this year???

Kenny would be my candidate for the sack this year. Given the resources & players hes badly failed to win the league for Bohs this year. Fenlon has done a much better job at ctreating a league team.

Bohs cannot defend.

Absolutely. Kenny has a squad of star players and to win nothing with them must go down as poor management.

Fenlon has done excellent (especially considering some Shels fans wanted him out in July) However he does have more resources so it lessens his achievements.

McGeough would have be a contender right up until he gave in to the chairman and agreed to the “committee” thing. Showed very poor backbone

Best Manager :Pat Fenlon,Shels(he proved me wrong bigtime-hope he`s blessed with european successes 2004/05 )

Worst Manager :Anderson,Dundalk((holding a good club to ransom)

Up and Comming Managers:Alan Mathews,Longford Town
Mike Kerley,Limerick FC
