charging in for U21's game i reckon ! we never charge for our u21 games in the carlisle grounds. Especially charging kids into to see, eh, kids play !

At this stage last season, it was 5 euro in Sligo to see an U21 game.

Kerry and Cobh also charge to see U21 games.

Sounds reasonable to me, as travel costs and referee charges exist at this level also.

Fiver isn't much, but when all the other u-21 games are free in, it seems unfair.
(don't worry, I'll pay up...;) )

Finished 1-1 after extra time, City win 4-3 on pens.

I've never been so cold in my life.

Ukoh looked handy enough, Nmwankwo played well, did a lot of donkey work I thought. Gave the ball away a bit cheaply sometimes though.

Nults
Aherne Lordan Buckley Lally
Nolan Mucka Nwanko Sullivan
Colin P Udoh

Bucks was sent off in the first half and from then on City were by ar the better team.
Strange red card - Colin P had just equalised from the peno spot and as everyone ran in toward goal - either to anticipatea rebound or to celebrate, Buckley and the keeper got stuck in eachother. Buckley red carded, Nothing done to keeper...

Whole team was great in second half and how Mucka and Nwanko are behind Murray in the midfield pecking order remains a mystery.

I know Buckley threw a punch, but how the keeper did not even get a talking too is beyond me....
I thought Ukoh played some great stuff, and looked better than Nwanko.
It's a long time since I felt so cold at a football match!

Well ... we have all seen Mucka and Warren run out a couple of times and to see Murray even on the bench before them is wrong. And we need someone to perform for us now.

I know Warren is gone but that was an injustice.

You'd have to wonder alright though.

C'mon City !!

Good performance by City considering we were down to 10 men for most of the game. I was very impressed by Ukoh.

Other than that, all that's worth mentioning is the extreme cold and the fact that the penaltys nearly had to be taken in darkness!
