The abandoned fixture between Longford Town and Shelbourne has been re-fixed for Monday November 24 in the final week of the season while three other games have been changed to accommodate the switch as well as Ireland’s friendly international with Canada on November 18.
The fixing of the Longford v Shels game for the Monday means that Longford’s clash with Waterford United at Flancare Park has been brought forward 24 hours to Friday November 21.
Meanwhile, Longford’s visit to Bohemians has also been brought forward 24 hours to Monday November 17 because of the Republic of Ireland’s clash with Canada at Lansdowne Road which has forced Longford to bring forward their home clash against St Patrick’s Athletic to Friday November 14 to ensure they have two days off between the games.
it's obvious that Longford were going to get hardest hit in a re-shuffle...

Personnally, I couldn't give two fupps about the international friendly against Canada but we have to play a home game on a Friday against Pat's because of it... :(
