Rugbypeople here and elsewhere logging in from around the world will be interested in knowing that the world's second most available satellite tv station, TV5 will be broadcasting the France-Irlande match next Sunday to nearly 700 millions in some 165 countries over the five continents. In most parts of the world it will be LIVE but to account for technical reasons it will be shown a few hours later on TV5 ASIE and TV5 USA.
Only a small number of terrestrial stations in a few countries will be showing this particular match so find the nearest French speaking person......maybe she or he has TV5?
No problems in New York where the take up for TV5 on Time-Warner has increased by 300% during and after the Iraq War-invasion....
Please note that the match will not be available on TV5 CANADA
Do pass on this message please to Irish and French friends......

Thanks, I've an uncle in a staunchly soccer stronghold in Australia who might appreciate it. I'll be watching the game on RTÉ, our most annoying national broadcaster, and cheering Ireland on to a semi-final clash with England.
Ar aghaidh Éire!! (Come on Ireland!!).
