Sample B positive in eircom League case

The FAI confirmed on Monday that an unnamed eircom League player has tested positive, in both A and B samples, for a banned substance.
The FAI has referred the matter to the Independent Doping Tribunal. The three member Tribunal comprises a senior legal practitioner, a medical practitioner and a sports administrator.
The Tribunal shall determine whether a doping offence has been committed and if so, ascertain the appropriate penalty to be imposed in the case in question.
