Whats with the swipe at the "other teams" around UCDD. Cobh, Galway and Finn Harps have all reduced their spending to keep in line with the 65% limit. To imply that they are cheating is laughable Mr McDonnell.

To imply that they are cheating is laughable Mr McDonnell.I think the cheating comes into it from the fact that they were paying wages they couldn't afford for some part of this season, which is a fair statement.

Apparently Coleman and Richie Ryan are on seperate teams?

The why not also include Cork, Drogheda, Sligo, Bray, Athlone and Kildare in that sweeping statement? Simple fact is UCD have won 4 games out of 31 this season, and don't deserve to stay up. The same can be said of whichever 2 teams are relegated alongside them

Have to say, the GOTM were of a very, very high standard this month. Great techique and talent involved in them- excellent ad for the league.

WTF Was Roddy on! Connors was at the Derry game and he wasn't hardly allowed to talk about it. It was simple as Derry just out played Galway, end of story. The gulf in class was there although I now think that Galway might win there last two games. Jay O' Shay is a very good player and if he plays like he can they will stay up.

I'd say UCD spending is as high as the rest tbh. Players coming in on scholorships don't seem to be mentioned much. These scholorship must be great for attracting young players. If you add up the amount of entrance fees and accomodation money given up surely it comes to a fairly big figure too?

The superior numbers of The Shed just edges the ferocity of Section O for him I'm sure!.

Con should put Roddy in his place and tell him to shut the F**K up. He thinks his opinion is the only one that counts. Why the hell do they have him on the show when no one wants him on it. HEs getting pretty annoying on it

Missed most of the programme but heard Rodders reckoned his time in Mels was his happiest in football :ball:

Thought it was a great show this week, pity they didn't show any of the Setanta Cup highlights but a different station so its understandable.

When do RTÉ post up the programme on the net these days. Thought it would be up by now? Suppose it will be up later...

Ye should bring him back to his natural home. He clearly loves the club. A perfect match.

Great show this week, and Roddy made some very good points I thought and at least breaks away from the boring, predictable comments that sometimes make the discussion worthless.

That UCD bloke is a plank though, really adds nothing.
