Dublin City 0 – Cobh 0

That was one of the more unusual match’s I’ve watch, where both teams were in Dublin city shirts!!! Not a great result. But when you see the man of the match being the goalkeeper, it could have been a lot worse.

Bit of a disappointment really.
Cobh opened both halves brighter, but DCFC came into their own eventually and had about three clear chances that could have changed the game.
That said Cobh looked dangerous on the break late on and came fairly close themselves.
All in all it means that we really have to beat Harps if we expect to take top spot, if we do that a draw against Bray on the final day might be enough. It's a big ask though...

I'd spend a little more time worrying about Sunday if I were you. The 'Kilkenny Backlash' could be unleashed upon ye!!:) :)

I think we need to broaden the scope of our attacks more, and maybe shuffle the forwards about again. Barry Burke should always start when available, too.

Some sterling work with the drum last night, Ringo, well played. I was amused that Dave Hill felt the need to comment on your friend's impression ("I'm not a Cockney!") Although I was slightly worried that he might clamber over the bench when he began getting seriously annoyed in the second half.

Wasn't too worried about him coming over the wall, he wasn't very impressed with our attempts to take him off!!! looking forward to Sunday. It's up to ourselves now to win, if we want to go up. Thought Maher should have been on earlier, as well as Barry Burke.

a lucky win, your goalkeeper kept you in it. as for that baltant dive in the penelty box;) at least the ref saw through that. We got nothing of the ref.
