May vote for what I like here, won't make a difference with Oasis and Arcade Fire in the list. :p :D

This is true. To be honest this whole process has been building up to a battle between Stone Roses and Oasis in the final, the rest are just decorations
Currently it's on the shelf with a thick layer of dust on it, but I did listen to it a lot on release, so I'll go for Oasis.
(or, now that we're in the knockout stages I'm backing the winners)

as with all things Manc pub band polluted, I'm voting for any reasonably placed contender ...so I'm backing the Manc Club band instead.
just an observation from Q/F3 ...no votes at all for Nevermind yet. I voted for Pumpkins anyway ...though I'd have preferred if it were MC&TIS that were in the battle.

Well, I voted for the album I still play most regualrly of this bunch, so Manics for me. Fingers crossed for the Mondays though. Perhaps the semis shouldbe played where the Oasis fans do not venture - move it to the Current affairs sub-forum perhaps? Tech Support? Though to be honest, I thought that you'd find few im Music...

Argubly the toughest of the quarterfinals here, cases to be made for most. Manics get the vote though, of the Mancs i'd probably have gone with Pills, Thrills & Bellyaches.

Gone for Everything Must Go, an album of its time. Bloody tough battle for second, Funeral just over Songs for the Deaf. I really didnt want to choose though. But I did.

Well, I will admit that of all the Oasis albums, Definitely Maybe is quite good, and is more worthy of a place in the quarters than any other.
