Russia v Wales
Scotland v Holland
Spain v Norway
Latvia v Turkey
Croatia v Slovenia

It wasn't seeded apparently but may as well have been. Russia, Holland, Spain, Turkey and Croatia all kept apart.

Looks very much like it, EBB. Four of Europes heavyweights in the draw, and they ALL avoided each other. Couldn't reek any more of a fix if it tried.
