Given the problems some teams will have getting a UEFA license, lets all try and predict who'll be in europe next year.
I'm going with
Pats, Derry, Sligo, Galway
*No need to clutter up the forum with arguments as to why pats won't get one and Bohs will (or whatever). Simple predictions please... ;)

Finn Harps, Drogheda, Cobh and Cork city. (the first 3 purely based on their current state of the art stadiums) And all because of their lack of money problems, how can you have a problem with something you don't have?

In all seriousness it looks like it will be impossible for Drogheda to get a premier division licence for next season. They were given dispensation to use United Park based on the fact that they were planning an imminent move. Unless they ground share next season (how will they pay rent considering financial mess), they can't get a licence. Non-payment of wages will also mean they can't be awarded a licence (if players are owed money at seasons end).

Rovers, UCD, Wexford and Tullamore. That's assuming we're not allowed a play off between reserve sides. That'd be a pain in the arse, missing the home leg of a UEFA Cup game because you had an away leg of the CL the following day!
BTW, can't tell how serious we're supposed to be in this thread?

Its actually an unreal thread, thinking the unthinkable (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6urw_PWHYk). Pats are safe, Derry are safe. Rovers, Bray or UCD in Europe representing the country, us all hope they can get some points for the league
