You may well know that Irish legend Charlie Hurley has had a new book brought out as a tribute to his career

http://www.play.com/Books/Books/4-/5601465/Charlie-Hurley/Product.html

Though the author does seem to have an unfortunate clash with one of a similar name!

Also Charlie is being interviewed, apparantly this Wednesday on BBC London @ 2000 hrs Irish time on 8th October.

Believe this is available via http://www.bbc.co.uk/london/radio either to listen to worldwide? Or even as a Podcast!

There's also being a big do held for him in London on 31/10 if you're free. Will try to find out where & post here?

Unfortunately the Beeb believe the effect of the Credit crunch is more important locally, so the Wdnesday interview is postponed but they do intend to return to this at a later date.

Cheers for that info Mark. Have you any idea where to get the book in Ireland or is Charlie going to do a book signing? Been searching high and low for the book over here but can't for the life of me find it!
