Kieran Reilly?

Anyone know much about this guy, his age and best position etc. There also seems to be alot of different spellings on his name Kieran \ Ciaran \ Reilly \ O'Reilly - what's the correct one, thanks in advance.:)

Have already queried this and I believe his name is Kieran Reilly; not so certain about the other info though.
