Another computer for dummies question!

Got Eircom Broadband recently and all was working fine after installation, i then accidently uninstalled eircom and when i re installed it using the CD it won't connect. Saying Eircom Broadband disconnected. Everything else seems fine. Answers please.

Try re-setting your modem (there'll be a little button with "reset" beside it on the modem), you might need a paperclip to push it in, hold the button down for 10 seconds then reinstall.
