well its back in the states and just watched the 1st two of the new season.

Have to say i really enjoyed it, the awfulness ( is that a word ??) if season 2 two is gone and it is back to its best.

Lots of twists and a lovely bombshell that the end of the second one !!!

The first episode is excellent, and sets up the rest of the series (or at least the first major arc) really well.
Second episode not as good, but it does end on a major announcement.

Last seaosn wasn't that bad IMO. Well done on the first though.

Missus has watched them and she was hooked back in immediately. As soon as I get time, I'm sure I'll be the same

Second episode, lot of action, but loads of plot holes.
Claire gets all sweaty in a tank top though

BBC showing on Wednesday. I think they might be showing back to back episodes on BBC2/BBC3...

hayden panatierre looked H.O.T. in the future...

Noticed my myself. Had minor argument over phone and six timezones with other half about it. Still feel that the second serious was average for the most part and that the whole show really isn't going anywhere much. That said I keep watching but... I have a whole host of grievences with it actually but I'm just out the door to Carlow for an U-20 match so it'll have to wait (their refusak to kill off anybody even vaguely significant 2 full series in is one major gripe though. I mean DL? DL was a C-stringer at best I tell you!)

IMO Series 3 has been very poor. Plot is all over the place. Dare I say it is doing a Lost.

Series 3 is all over the place alright, but they have larger problems that they have made themselves. Namely the fact that anyone decent they have killed off they have brought back with Claire's blood, to the point where a major character dying won't mean a jot because people will expect them to come back.

The new Tracey character is obsviously there because Heroes wanted to keep Ali Larter in the show, but realised her original character's story was at an end.

Claire's dad (whilst being my favourite character) should have died when he was shot, would have bene the perfect ending for him.

Hiro is just annoying now, ehen's he gonna become the badass that goes back in time and tells Peter he needs to save the cheerleader?

Peter, as annoying as he is, should always have been left as the pure hero, the Luke Skywalker of Heroes if you will, now his character is ruined.

Heroes has lost the plot since the series 1 finale. The staff writers no longer seem to be able to strike a balance - series 2 was slow yet series 3 is at the other extreme. Series 1 built up the tension nicely, it knew when to hold back (meeting Sylar) and when to throw in a few shocks but now we seem to have a twist every 10 minutes and more often than not it contradicts everything that has gone on before.

Just getting around to watching season 3 now, is it worth sticking with and keep watching? I enjoyed season 1 and season 2 wasn't bad either. I'm just afraid it will start going down the same path as Lost and make so many twists and turns in it it just becomes off putting.

Not so much with the twists, more with gaping plot holes and "why the hell did he do that?" moments

Staying with it for now but no sight of series 3 improving. No obvious plot at all. Need to kill off some lame characters.

Last episode of the first arc of the third series is on tonight in the States, the new arc called "Fugitives" is starting in February. The writer of some of the best episodes from the first series is coming back to the show then, so hopefully there will be a marked improvement

I'm very close to giving up.....I thought series 3 of Prison Break was poor but this is trying hard to compete with it!!!

What the hell is with all these american tv shows spiralling down hill at such rapid rates. Most programs can't seem to get past 2 or 3 seasons without going down hill these days.
