I have great admiration for the people on this forum who continue to come in with suggestions and ideas on how we can keep the "bit of red" going. I honestly think it would do us all a lot of good to continue to come up with suggestions and ideas of what can be done to help the club. Worrying about who is available for games etc is very good but we have a lot of games to come at home yet and we can all help to build these games up. And as a new member to this forum can I with respect suggest to the Official Sligo Rovers Forum that their last entry on Monday last about the hurlers event is good but is not going to impress the national media who copy word for word what the Official Forum say. I do respect what is happening with the hurlers and admire another effort to raise funds but why not make sure that the media see more of the efforts that are underway and the positive attitude of all concerned with Rovers.
