How long do we have to wait to get a reply from someone before we move to the next person?

In the rules -

9) If you have spares and you PM the person on top of the waiting list and they don't reply within 24 hours, you can PM the next person on the list (and so on).

But have a quick check and see if they've been online since you PMed them. Or you can e-mail people through the forum as well.

Ultimately, everyone's going to get tickets for this one, so I wouldn't be too worried if you move on to the next person.
