Ourselves and UCD are two prime examples of clubs living within their means and making a right go of it.
A salary cap should be introduced like they have in American sports. Each club would only be allowed to spend so much on wages per year and if they brerak it they get fined.

How can you assert that Bray live within their means if you haven't seen their accounts?

As are everyone in the league. So why single out UCD and Bray?
three students on this page I thought you told your parents that you needed them laptops for study.
I wish i did not know then what I dont know now
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to see that Bray and UCD get far fewer people at their matches then the likes of Shels, Bohs, Derry, Cork, etc. My point is it must therefore be harder to achieve success with limited finances available, that's why the teams with smaller attendances (therefore smaller income) should be credited for doing well.

Yeah but those clubs that do spend more , are more successful than either Bray or UCD.

Don't think Bray have been achieving success of late!
Bray's retained losses are approaching the million mark at this stage. If we define "living within your means" as break even and not living off share capital from directors, then Bray aren't living within their means.
Nothing against Bray, but just wanted to set the record straight.
